Suppose you are traveling, working from home, or a telecommuter. In that case, you can log on to your hosted business desktop from anywhere on the Internet using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, the most popular browsers. Internet Explorer and Apple Safari do not work. Microsoft Edge may experience issues.
If your login authentication fails, your account is not provisioned for remote access. Please contact your HR department or management to be provided with the capability to log on remotely.
Go to remote.olafe.com
You can type your ID and password and Click Connect.
If this is your first time logging in to Remote Desktop, please read the Configure Two-Factor Authentication for Remote Access article on how to configure it.
Enter the code from your app and click Continue at the two-factor authentication screen.
After you are authenticated, click on the icon that shows your business name.
Your session will automatically log in to your business desktop.
