Passwords are an important part of protecting your identity and securing access to your data. Passwords must be changed periodically to enforce a secure desktop policy. So that you know, you will be prompted when your passwords are close to expiration. To change your password at any time or when your corporate policy allows it, please follow these steps to change your password:
Windows 10
- Login to your Windows desktop
- Press the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys simultaneously
- If you are in the remote session
- Click the Session Configuration menu:

- Click the Actions menu and select Send Keys

- Click the Ctrl+Alt+Del option

- Select Change a password
- Type in the
- 1 - Old password
- 2 - New password
- 3 - New password confirmation
- 4 - Right Arrow
- The password change synchronization will take a few seconds to propagate across all systems.
- After you complete it, you will see Your password has been changed. notice
- Click OK
Passwords must meet certain complexity rules. Please reference the "Password Policy" article for guidance.
Your password can only be changed once per day.
If you feel your account has been compromised, please submit a support ticket as soon as possible.
