If a thin client breaks, we will ship to you a replacement thin client. All you have to do is take it out of the box, plug it in, and it will automatically be configured for your environment.
If you have a locally connected printer, please create a support case, and specify your new MAC address, and we will re-enable the printer connection. Your MAC address is listed on the side, or back, of the thin client.
Place the non functioning thin client back into the same box, and ship it back to us.
While your thin client device is not functioning you can logon with your account from any other thin client you have at the office.
If there are no more available thin client for you to use, you can logon remotely using personal laptop or your home computer.
