If you already have a file from an existing phone system, or a professional studio is going to perform the recordings, the audio file will need to be in the following format:

Maximum file size is 4.6 MB for approximately 10 minutes of playback.
You can convert your sound file to the above specification using this free online tool: g711.org Please select the BroadWorks Classic as the Output format.
Once you have the recording file(s), you can upload the file to your phone switch by logging on to the admin console at voice.olafe.com
