If you already have a file from an existing phone system, or a professional studio is going to perform the recordings, the audio file will need to be in the following format:

Maximum file size is 4.6 MB for approximately 10 minutes of playback.
You can convert your sound file to the above specification using this free online tool: g711.org Please select the u-law (8Khz, Mono, u-law) as the Output format.
Once you have the recording file(s), you can upload the file to your phone switch by logging on to the admin console at https://olafe.uccommportal.com/bg/
