Before migrating to the new system, Olafe support recommends that the following steps be performed to have a smoother migration process:
- Data
- Move all personal files from the local computer to a network share
- Provide the support technician access to the network share so that a copy of the data can be performed into the cloud
- Internet Browsers
- Turn on the synchronization of your browser settings:

- Turn on the synchronization of your browser settings:
- Outlook
- If there are any Outlook PST files on the local computer, disconnect them and move them to your network share.
- If you do not use Exchange as an email service, archive your contacts: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/export-contacts-from-outlook-com-to-a-csv-file-578cca22-3550-4c73-b3f0-9978cfeac83f.
- Printers
- Please note all the printers you currently use and provide them to the support technician handling the migration.
