Configure Auto-Attendant Announcement

Login to the admin console at https://olafe.uccommportal.com/bg

Select the Attendants from the menu

Select the Attendant's phone number you would like to change by clicking on the change icon and selecting the View attendant settings field.

Click on the Open in New Window button, and enlarge the screen.

Click on the Easy Attendant Menu and click on the listen/change link.

On the initial greeting menu:

• Select Upload accouncement
• Click on Choose File
  • Navigate to the location of the wav file
  • Please make sure the file is in the correct format
• Click Upload button
• Click Save button
