Olafe recognizes that support for business critical applications needs to be performed on an as needed basis by other technology companies. The following remote management software packages have been used by several companies to provide support for applications hosted by Olafe.
The following software used for support will not work in a cloud based environment.
- VNC (any version)
- pcAnywhere
- Microsoft Remote Assistance
