In Outlook, email signatures can be made to automatically appear wjen composing or replying to an email message. You can use the following procedure to modify the default Outlook email signature behaviour.
- Launch Outlook
- Click on the File menu
- Select Options
- Click on the Mail tab in the left pane
- Click the Signatures... button
- If a signature does not exist, you creade one by clicking the New button, typing in a signature name, and filling in a desired signature.
- To enable email signature for New messages or to Replies/forwards, select the saved signature name
- Click OK to save
