Reset an AudioCodes Phone

For restoring the 4xxHD from the phone menu use the following is the process to factory reset the device.

1. In the phone's LCD, access the Restore Defaults submenu (MENU key> Administration menu > Restore Defaults). You will need the Admin password if assigned.
2. Press 3 or use the down arrow to the 'Restore Defaults' option and press 'OK.
3. A warning message appears requesting you to confirm. Press the Yes soft key to confirm reset to defaults.

For restoring the 4xxHD from the web GUI use the following is the process to factory reset the device.

1. Log into the web GUI
2. Access the Restore Defaults page (Management tab > Administration menu > Restore Defaults).
3. Click the Submit button on the 'Restore to Factory Defaults' option
4. Click the OK button on the pop up window.
