Any other software will not be automatically patched. Olafe will work with each customer and, if necessary, 3rd party support organization to assist with business specific application patching process.
Risk Assessment
The time frame for patch deployment will vary based on the following factors:
- Software vendor's risk rating for the patch
- Availability of exploit code for the vulnerability
- Internal security rating of the vulnerability exposure
- Risk of exposing Olafe's customer's data
- Complexity of the patch
- Risk of adverse affects
- Testing results of the QA process
